Our Founder and Principal Attorney, Omar Figueroa, and our Senior Associate Attorney, Lauren Mendelsohn, will present an online webinar about the Medicinal Cannabis Patients’ Right of Access Act (SB 1186), a new California state law that requires cities and counties to permit cannabis delivery retail businesses or face consequences starting on January 1, 2024.

We will be joined for part of the webinar by special guest Ellen Komp, Deputy Director of California NORML, an organization that was instrumental in getting SB 1186 passed.
