California’s Department of Cannabis Control Publishes Proposed (Non-Emergency) Regulations

Today, the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) released proposed consolidated non-emergency regulations to govern the cannabis industry. The text of the proposed regulations, as well as accompanying materials, are included below:

Public comments on the proposed regulations are due on April 19. 2022. Instructions for how to submit comments, in addition to a public comment template, are available on the DCC’s website.
